Immigrating to a new country can be quite a daunting experience. If you feel like you have a thousand unanswered questions relating to immigration, don’t worry, this is quite normal. The best thing you can do is conduct some research, learn all about migration and take the weight off your shoulders once and for all.

The following article aims to answer some of your questions about immigrating to India, Brazil and the USA.

India Immigration

In order to successfully migrate to India, you need to make sure that you have a visa. There are many different types of visas available and the type you apply for depends on your visiting purposes. As an expat travelling to India, you’ll require a business, work or student visa, depending on your situation.

Brazil Immigration

Brazil has the same rules and regulations as India; a passport and visa are both required. You can apply for a visa at a Brazilian embassy or consulate. Before going, make sure that you know what type of visa you will need and how long you’re planning to stay for.

USA Immigration

Like Brazil and India, US expats are also required to apply for a visa. In order to obtain one, you need to fill out a petition for the US Citizenship and Immigration Services department. When applying for a visa, keep in mind that the US is quite a difficult country to enter and a face-to-face meeting is required in order to gain entry.

As you can see, each country has different rules and regulations in regards to migration. Before you make the big move and migrate, you should research your destination country so you’re fully aware of all the processes. If you have any further questions or would like some more information, you should contact the embassy for the country you are migrating to.
